As cliche as it sounds. New York City rly is the best place for our setting, big enough that something is happening. Blob is extremely famous in New York. He's like Spider-Man without the daily bugle hate. Discharge could take care of like Hell's Kitchen( Times Square). Blob Manhattan.

Discharge may actually be more nationally known only because he'd travel with his sister since he's her security detail so he could work anywhere. However I do have him from NYC so that works for me.

I like the idea of Squish fame. I think that there is some hate for him, but its much less than spiderman would have.
